Today is the 54th anniversary of Meher Baba's passing on January 31st, 1969. "Amartithi" means Eternal Date. I was once in India for this celebration and it was wild -- 2-3 days of continuous music around the clock, bowing down in Baba's Samadhi at 3 in the morning, and the 15 minutes of silence observed at noon. When you have 25,000 people -- now it's probably 50-60,000 -- all observing silence simultaneously, and focused upon one thing -- it is intense and powerful.
The world doesn't yet know who Meher Baba is. But it will. This video contains Meher Baba's message of the New Life.
